Is Lost Ark Good? Is it Pay to Win?

The game seems good and I think the monetization is fair.

what does the cost of building the game have to do with anything? Then make it a sub and take away the cash shop. I dont want to play some dump that people just pay to skip content, if you cant do that you don't have a game you have a cash shop with a game tied to it. It's obviously pay to win if you can skip progression.. looks like complete trash like if it's made for 8 year olds maybe its good sure.
