I’m professional diagnosed with bipolar II and ENA is one of the most relatable and comfort-type characters I’ve ever known of. With my bipolar II, I have highs and lows obviously. However when things even get slightly overwhelming, I break completely. Yes, I can be sad (blue face), or happy (yellow), but when ENA gets black and white with the blue eyes, she gets really depressed, sometimes suicidal (like when she says someone should end her suffering). When ENA gets “drunk”, she is just like me when I get very manic. When I get manic, I appear drunk and sound drunk. Constant laughing, acting literally crazy, stupidity, etc. From Temptation Stairway, when talking to Findolph and he hits her, she starts freaking out and asking why everyone is hitting her so softly today and to finish the job. I also relate to that so much, because of an abusive and traumatizing childhood that I struggle with to this day. ENA is so comforting to me just because of how relatable she is as a character for me.

Ive loved ENA's character for awhile now. And i think because of this edit i finally realize one of the reasons: its her mood swings.

Her frequent, erratic, mood swings are something i can really relate to. Her friendship with Moony reminds me of friends i used to have in middle school, who would subtly make fun of me for not being able to control my emotions "correctly."

I understand where she's coming fro, and it just makes me wanna hug her and tell her that she's not alone. I know how lonely these mood swings can make you feel, and imagining that with ENA makes me want to cry.

So yeah. Hugs for the bean. The relatable comfort character I've been looking for for a long time.

Honestly I like ENA as a character enough to the point where if I lived with her I’d probably be able to tolerate her violent mood swings

ENA takes me back three years when I would get home from school, join my psychology class (on zoom of course) and listen to my professor's stories while watching ena videos and playing poki haircut games. I miss that.

Low key feels like me right now. I’m tired, just did a ton of stuff including a three hour flight, and I can’t think yet can’t escape my mind. I feel detached from reality and like I’m on the verge of insanity.

For anyone concerned I’m sure I’m just tired. This tiredness always wears off in the next morning.
