Another interesting effect of pee: The Tribesmen of Southern Africa, for thousands of years have encountered spitting cobras while hunting or foraging. It's not something I talk about, but... yes I learned about urine therapy in the 90s and since then I've used it for many years without any bad effects on my body. I had heard of this 'urine therapy', and thought that it was nuts. Then out of desperation, I had to 2 glasses of urine because I was too dizzy to drive and hour to the hospital. My blood pressure had shot up quickly and getting worse. I had a glass before I went to sleep. Got up the next day, BP was still high but not as high. BP began to rise again, so I drank the second glass and it brought it down to normal. You can't make this stuff up. This guy here on the video saying you shouldn't drink it, is lying to you. My blood pressure shot up again and I did the same thing. It works. I changed my diet and didn't have to do it again. Don't knock it til you try it. Pinch your nose if you have to. Gargle with Listerine if you have to after. But it works. My wife had a scrape that took it to the white part of her skin. It healed it.
