Which one is the best for teachers who have to screenshot an entire document? I've used the snipping tool but the documents always turn out blurry because in order to capture the entire document I have to zoom out. Which one of these allows me to capture an entire document in 100% view OR that allows me to capture a document even when it's smaller but the resolution doesn't suffer when making it larger again?

I've been using Lightshot for years, and I must say, I still see no major issues with this tool. Definitely recommending.
You only have to download the app, it will run in the background, with no performance drops or anything.
You wanna take a screen of something, just hit the Print Scrn key and voila - so easy. Then, after editing and cropping, you can send the screen, or you can save it for yourself on your disc, and it saves it in .png format.

light shot is best tool i have used for screenshot thank you so much so easy and clean to use love it!

Lightshot is so simple and awesome. Very easy to use. But it doesn't allow you to change the save directory on your local computer. It saves the screenshots under Documents/Lighshot/ and you cannot change it.

Windows Snipping Tool still takes poor quality screenshot photos. So I used Irfanview. Open Irfanview and go to Options/Capture Screenshot/Custom Rectangle and then save as .png with whatever the default settings are.

This helped a lot, I was looking for light shot everywhere (didn't know the name) and wounded up getting Printscreen, PrintScreen isn't good, it has ad-ware.
