I like them both but I can tell you as a chef in my previous life, I’d rather be at a busy restaurant with food constantly moving and being cooked fresh than a place with no line and meat sitting in a steam table. I LOVE their tacos. Whenever I'm in Vegas, I eat enough tacos from here to fall into a food coma, go shop and into town, come back and repeat. They are always packed but the line moves quick.😂

Why I love Vegas. I live here and the endless opportunities to eat at places other than the big chains and the casinos is astonishing. It could take a whole decade maybe to visit all of them at least once. Hyperbole, I know, but it's feeling that way.

El gordo suadero mixed with buche taco is the best taco from El gordo the al pastor is basic and the suadero line is always nonexistent too many rookies and also theyll make u al pastor tacos from that line as long as u order suadero but it has to be mixed with buche its the best taco
