My manager crashed the trade during a car deal

While Ed Bolian was selling cars at Motorcars of Georgia/Lamborghini Atlanta he had a lot of crazy things happen. During this car deal, as Ed was selling a Nissan GT-R, the customer wanted to trade a Mercedes C63 AMG. His manager took it for a test drive and disaster struck.

Having sold cars for a few years, one of the things I tell my friends and family is: When you go to a dealer to buy a car with a trade, give the salesman your EXTRA KEY. That way if you want to leave before you buy, you aren't stuck without your car or house keys. Dealers will "lose" your keys and keep you hostage until you buy. This happened to my sister, and she told the salesman, "That's fine, you have my address. Mail them to my house. Goodbye!" First time I ever saw a sales manager SPRINT after a customer.

Great story, really enforces the whole car salesmen are wholesome trustworthy people who would never pull something over on a customer. You're a credit to your profession

Im probably a couple of days into this guys channel but boy ohhh boy do I enjoy this guy's amusing style of storytelling, specifically when he describes his visions of the events while he sits down with the customer at his desk.
