This man seems like a gentle soul and he has such good intentions. I hope he gets well and is able to be there for his family as he wishes to be.

Applause to all the people in the comments wishing this sweet man good luck instead of body shaming him in a harsh, and cruel way. He's a human being worthy of love and respect. He's gonna get there❤

It’s so sad that nobody went with him on his first visit 😢 first time going anywhere in forever and he needed some support! Such a sweet young man ❤ wishing him the best! He deserves it!

I was so shocked to hear his age. Big credit and support to him for going to the doctor by himself and starting a healthier journey with food and exercise. I hope he maintains it!

This poor guy was totally sabotaged by his mother. It is disgusting. I lift him up in prayer for him to win this battle. He is very intelligent and suffers from childhood trauma. God bless him.

Dr Now is the best. He’s direct and doesn’t hold back, but he’s so kind. We need more like him in this world.

I just finished this episode and what frustrates me is that he solely takes on the care of his mother when he as four additional siblings. I understand the love and dedication, but could they not have filled in for her care so he could make his appointments? He leaned on his mother's care a little too much as an excuse.

It’s sad to think that Issac gave up a scholarship to a college to stay home and take care of his mom. He’s very strong to give up a such a good opportunity in his life for his family, but at the same time I feel bad.

Not sure how old his sister is but she looks to be going down same bad path. If rest of family is same hopefully it becomes a family issue to lose weight to become a healthy family. 🙏

i lost 120 lbs and indeed gained almost everything back in a matter of 4-5 years. The most difficult part is indeed not falling back to your old eating habits, which is easier said than done. I am now back on track going to the gym 7 days a week, and i lost 50lbs already in the last 3 months. Pray for me.

I hope the whole family gets in on the healthier lifestyle. From experience, it's easier to overeat when you're around someone who is way bigger than you.
