What a great comparison video- loved how you showed the roots, leaf and stem difference and also grew 6 4 different types of micro greens. You make it look so easy!

Awesome video thank you for sharing. Looks like worm castings are in my future to buy. Im curious does the worm castings also help in growing like tomatoes peppers etc. And is there a certain brand you prefer using?

Hi Misilla, do you think ordinary potting soil would be better to use than plain coconut coir? I've read that coconut coir can be used as a replacement for peat moss. It can be added to soil to help with water retention.

What about heirloom seeds to get more seeds for more growing ? How can we avoid having to keep buying more seeds ? Once harvested what can be done with grow beds ?

I've never grown in coir medium. Once the greens have been harvested, can the coir be broken up and added to a second batch of growing medium for added nutrients (as opposed to adding to the compost pile)? Your videos are very informative, thank you and be safe.

I swear the jack in box salad trays are some of the best microgreen trays I've used lol.

hello there, did they all have equal amounts of light. if one plant is closer to the light source it will develop faster.

Without grow lights in my house, during winter, can I leave the micro green tray near the window ? Will that produce healthy sprouts? Should water be poured on the roots and not over the leaves? Please let me know.
