To be fair, if you owned a 1990-2005 Toyota Tacomas, you literally owned one of the best built utility trucks ever made. The things ran forever on simply keeping your oil changes around 5-7k. Change the tranny fluid like every 60-75k and boom you will still be driving it in 2024.

Tacoma are highly under rated trucks. A late 90s early 2000s 4x4 Tacoma is as reliable as it gets. It's big brother the land cruiser is also an OG.
