Working Remotely in Sayulita, Mexico - A Guide for Remote Workers

In October, my husband and I were working remotely from Sayulita, Mexico. We couldn't find all of the information we were looking for about what it was going to be like before we left, so I wanted to make this video to share that with anyone who might want to head down there.

Sayulita is a beautiful place to work remotely as a digital nomad, but there are certainly some challenges! The internet connection isn't always super reliable, and there were quite a few power outages due to storms while we were in town.

Can't beat waking up every day in paradise though, and we loved getting to surf/swim before and after work each day. If you have any other questions about our experience, please feel free to reach out in the comments or send me a DM on Instagram!

Please support my bestie Caslon who just launched her own YouTube channel and is in Sayulita right now:

Thank you so much for the shoutout! I wouldn’t be in Sayulita (or on YouTube) without you! 😍🥰

Love this video so much! We always joke that since we're WFH, we should just work remote somewhere tropical. So great tips and good to hear someone else's point of view after actually doing it! Thanks for sharing your experience! xx Cass

This was incredibly helpful, thank you! Was considering working remotely from Sayulita but I’m basically on video calls the entire day so it doesn’t sound like the best option. Will look at Puerto Vallarta instead which (hopefully) has a more reliable internet infrastructure.
