if you follow the Greek myth I would say Hector is the better fighter since the fight lasted for almost a day or more but Achilles is simply indestructible except on his heel aside from that he is practically immune to all damage.

This duel in the film really made no sense since it was Paris that killed Patrolus in the movie where in the poem it was Hector that killed Patrolus. By way of the honor code, it was Paris that should of been in this duel and not Hector in the contents of the movie. That always bugged the hell out of me. The movie SHOULD of follow what the poem did and have Hecktor kill Patrolus.

I’m really confused on why Achilles has dark hair while Hector is blonde. I’m pretty sure that Achilles was blonde and Hector was dark haired.
