The PGA East professionals have been swift to praise Essendon Country Club for their super human efforts in making the latest Weston Homes Order of Merit event possible. As storms ravaged the south of England the green keeping staff at the Hertfordshire club were up at 4 in the morning fighting a battle against torrential downpours. Ian Campbell (Cheshunt Golf Club) says all the pros in the field are so appreciative.
