It’s the way they didn’t belittle his discomfort, validated how unsafe he felt in that relationship, did not make excuses for Jan’s abusive behavior & assured him that he deserves better even though he is so unprofessional & sexist towards them most of the time.

Michael was legit abused by Jan and its really sweet to see the girls standing up for him. Usually people overlook men who are victims of abuse so i really praise the Office for this

Jan's behavior might only ruin Michael's life. But that therapist might be ruining many vulnerable people's lives.
