I once had to go this bad but i was a few blocks away from home. My then girlfriend and I were on foot so we power walked back home. It got so bad i was hunched over in pain trying to hold it in. Close to home we got stuck behind an old man with a cane and ill never forget how my girlfriend without a second thought pushed him out of the way for me. I made it home and married her a few years later
