Vectors Chapter6/7 Test Vectors in R2

This test covers Chapter 6 (without 6.5 in R3, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8 ) as well as Chapter 7 sections 7.1 - 7.5 including applications of forces, dot product, finding the angle between two vectors, vector and scalar projections. All of these exercises are focused on vectors only in R2. The next unit test will cover all of the R3 vector applications.
Sorry but the vectors don't show up properly on the test, but you'll figure it out.

Ms. Havrot, for 6b, when you did the pyth theorem equation and got 262.26km/hr, I got 267.71km/hr. However, I think your answer is right because it does not go past the plane's air speed but my answer goes over the limit for the plane. I cannot understand what the error is?

Thank you Ms. Havrot! I have been watching you since I started functions last year. Integrating you into my studying routine has helped me achieve some of the highest marks I have ever gotten and I have your efforts and comprehensive lessons to thank for it! A quick question if you don't mind, for 6a I understand the wind force is going from the south meaning that vector is actually north so I assumed the heading angle is from the west to north, can you please explain why the heading angle is from west to south? Thank you in advanced!

For question 3, are you solving for a single vector known as the resultant of two vectors? Also, do you have to follow the rules where you start from one vector and end with the other when adding or subtracting two vectors? Thanks 👍
