⭐ Wooden American Star:

A debate grew earlier this week when basketball Hall of Famer Charles Barkley claimed that other WNBA players were "petty" about Caitlin Clark's stardom.

Angel Reese seemed to take a subtle shot at Clark in a since-deleted social media post, while A'ja Wilson said race was a "huge thing" in her popularity.

When everything is racist, nothing is racist.

Caitlin Clark is popular because she’s good, but she’s also humble. Doesn’t trash talk, isn’t political, doesn’t push LGBT nonsense on people.

The haters keep calling her, sarcastically, "The Great White Hope", but all I'm seeing is "The Great Black Jealousy"

When a male player is popular men love him, when a women is popular women have an issue celebrating her.

We don’t have a problem with lesbian players, we just don’t care.

As a straight black woman, it is an insult to my intellect to say I only like Clark because of her race and sexual orientation. I could care less if she was purple and dating an alien, she is FUN to watch! They keep trying to gaslight us into believing that we really don't like her style of basketball, its really about her race. How crazy is that?!!?

It's because of Caitlin Clark that I know a single WNBA players name, that's a good thing.

If Clark was black, they’d want to be her best friend.

The crying racist doesn't even mean anything anymore. People use it to excuse their poor behavior and now people laugh when it comes out of their mouths.

Angel Reese is upset because she is not the center of attention. Get over it.

They are complaining about Caitlin Clark as if she is a DEI hire

Saying Black and brown greatness is not hilighted in basketball has to be one of the most delusional statements I’ve ever heard in my life.

Caitlin Clark is popular because no woman has ever shot the ball with such accuracy from so far out. She's good, that's why people like her and she does it day after day.

So tired of people playing the race card, it’s getting annoying and old.

Seem like it is like, predominantly black women hating on Caitlin Clark.

The thing is Caitlin Clark doesn't say anything negative about her fellow players. In fact, she's been nothing but professional. You don't see her parents going on social media to rant. It seems Angel Reese's mom wants to desperately make a name for herself off of taking shots at Clark.

FACTS: You can never please a progressive. They will ALWAYS find something new to whine about.

Caitlin Clark is relatable to other people because she possess moral values that many of us still believe in. She's also marketable because along with her good moral character, she possesses a play style that many emulate but few can actually deliver like she has in the NCAA and WNBA levels. That combination, along with her almost Cinderella college basketball story, propelled her into a media darling and genuine role model for kids to look up to. She's not posting thirst traps on Instagram like these other players are. This girl got good sense to not disrespect herself, her family, and her boyfriend by not doing those types of things.
