Why meetings might be making you less productive

Research by Microsoft suggests that not only are people in more meetings, but they're spending more time in them as well. The research also indicates that inefficient meetings are the No. 1 cause of workplace distractions that hurt productivity.

I think it's odd that they think most meetings are inclusive. Most of the time it's a meeting to make sure everyone is following orders.

I used to spend almost as much time preparing for a meeting as I do in the meeting :/
