'What'- a VERY short film.

I'm thinking about making a series of these " very short films". What do you think?

My father had a friend who moved to LA around 15 years ago. He was on a run one morning like his third week there and came across a decapitated body. He called the police and stayed to talk to them. A coroner arrived with a head that had been found the same morning and went down to match the head to the body. After a couple minutes he came back over shaking his head (the one attached to his body, not the one in the bag in his hand), it wasn't a match, meaning two people had been beheaded in LA that day. My father's friend cancelled his lease and moved back to the East coast the same week.

I know on its face this is basically just a funny skit, but from a writing standpoint, he really did fit all the necessary elements for a proper story in a VERY tight block of time and that's quite impressive.

This actually happened to my father on an aircraft carrier. The pressure lock doors sliced off the top of someone’s finger and as my dad was helping stitch it up another guy ran in yelling “I FOUND THE FINGER.” He did in fact find *a* finger, bone and all, but, uh the patient didn’t lose any bone…

I used to work in a city that had 2 separate commercial ems providers and one night, a guy got hit by a train and had is leg amputated mid thigh. My partner and I were dispatched to the scene to bring his leg to the hospital because the crew that transported him (from the other company) forgot to bring his leg when they took him. Fortunately, they were able to reattach it.
