You went above and beyond. Thankyou for showing me how to clean the filter and wash the water tank. I have this exact model. I was very disappointed it doesn't cool 💩. It's more like a very expensive fan. If I'm sitting right in front of it, I feel cool. I live in a tiny studio apartment. It's 12x13". I left it on to run errands. When I got back and walked into my place it felt like a freaking Sauna! It is a humidifier! What does a 90°room and moisture create? A Sauna. I almost threw it out this window but i like my neighbor.

It's very useful that the device can be cleaned with a fully detachable water tank and filter, but I do have some questions about routine cleaning:

How often should the water tank and filter be cleaned?

is there a recommended way to clean the water tank/ to clean the air filter at the back?

are either the water tank or the air filter to be cleaned using a sink or are either of them dishwasher safe if applicable? if not, what is the best way you would recommend to have them cleaned?

I would love to hear from you about how to maintain the swamp cooler. Mine has worked incredibly, and I plan to use it throughout the summer to keep my room cool, So I think it's important to be as aware as possible regarding routine cleaning and matinence for the best possible use. Right at the very end where you showed us how to reconnect the pump in the water tank, there is a very small advert for the next video that COMPLETELY COVERED your hands and that VERY IMPORTANT part. I'm pretty sure i can figure it out but damn! Whoever does or designs or what or who ever is in charge at YouTube, they need to stop showing us the next video until the FIRST ONE IS FINISHED😡
