Aokiji would be 4B minimum and even thats a lowball, he is a former admiral, fleet admiral candidate, in BB crew and holds secrets and weakness of WG, also he is most likely to cause an uprising or coup since he was the one of the most liked admirals and sway loyal marines to his side, also he is a betrayer so to save face WG would put one of the highest bounties

Kuzan should have higher and no way do Shanks officers have such high bounties, I would say Beckman-1.4 billion, Roux-1.3 billion and Yasopp around 1.2 billion

Kuzan and Sabo both have to be over 3 billion. You're underestimating how big a deal a literal Marine Admiral going pirate is. (Incidentally, we also still don't know what Kuzan's new epithet is as a pirate. I doubt the WG is going to be willing to still call him Aokiji.) And for Sabo, in addition having witnessed the truth about the World Government, there's also the fact that he led a very public attack on Mary Geoise itself, *and* personally instigated revolutions that overthrew multiple WG member kingdoms.

The other not yet revealed bounties that seem important are the rest of the Ten Titanic Captains (IIRC we only have pre-timeskip bounties for Blackbeard's original crew, which would be comically low for their current status, and we have no bounties at all for Shiryu, Catarina Devon, Sanjuan Wolf, and Vasco Shot), and of course Dragon's bounty. If he's the most wanted man in the world, he could potentially have an even higher bounty than Roger.

And for past bounties, we still don't know what Oden's bounty was.

Every admiral level marine has 3 billion berries to their name given by cross guild. So if anything Aokiji being a former admiral and a traitor would definitely be over 3 billion berries if not more.
