Supreme Court rules on major environmental case, limiting EPA's power

The Supreme Court has ruled the Environmental Protection Agency doesn't have the power to regulate greenhouse gas emissions in order to fight climate change. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson spoke with CBS News' Anne-Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers about this means for the Biden administration's push to curb the effects of climate change.

I worked as an environmental chemist. The EPA only slapped the large major polluters on the wrist anyway . Imagine getting a thousand speeding tickets and you had unlimited money to pay the tickets and your license couldn't be revoked.
