If congress wasn’t “for sale to the highest bidder”, it would work better.

Can’t wait to see this ruling applied to other alphabet agencies acting far outside their congressionally given authority (ATF is one of the worst currently).

If you “needed” it then send it to congress. God forbid the supreme court do what they were actually supposed to do and work as a check and balance.

Since when did any non-elected agency get to make laws?

Laws should be passed by congress, not invented by unaccountable bureaucrats.

Congress gave the EPA broad power and authority b/c of the countless millions it rakes in from lobbyists.

You can see how shocked she was how they belittle the issue and her work by talking about her personal life.

Regulations are written in the blood of victims. Never trust a private entity to put people over profits.

This is a literal shot across the bow for the alphabet agencies.

I worked as an environmental chemist. The EPA only slapped the large major polluters on the wrist anyway . Imagine getting a thousand speeding tickets and you had unlimited money to pay the tickets and your license couldn't be revoked.
