What's the best way to let the governor know that fl needs an emergency stay on certain code inforcement violations in disaster areas, like for trash and debris and the code inforcement must admit that their is free debris pickup at the road that it is off limits for a volition ticket , and to only give 7 days to clean up after a hurrcane and charge, $625 a day, sounds to me like serous reform is mandated by law ASAP !
