This video is a step-by-step tutorial video for beginners that showcases the new ways to create flows (workflows) in Power Automate. Power Automate is a Microsoft platform that allows users to automate workflows and processes.
We have a new refreshed home page look where you can start creating flows. You can either start creating a flow from a template OR build your own flow using the new guided approach for flows (select trigger, action and connectors) OR simply describe your flow in Natural Language and let AI build it for you.

Video also shows a sneak peek to the upcoming AI-based Copilot integrated into the flow studio which enables flow makers to refine and enhance their flows through conversation with copilot chatbot.

➡️ Start with a template
Search by task or app to find prebuilt flows, then customize as needed. It's the easiest way to get started.

➡️ Start your own flow
Start with a blank canvas, then add a trigger and actions to create your own custom automation.
Step-by-step guided option to build a flow in Power Automate - Define your trigger from connectors, select your action and get to the flow designer.

➡️ Describe it and let AI build it
Creating flows is the foundation of Power Automate, and now you can describe what you want to automate in a sentence, and an AI-based copilot will build your flow in seconds. No searching or guesswork, just describe it and let the copilot work its magic.

This new way to create flows runs on OpenAI Codex, an AI model descendant of GPT-3 that can translate natural language to code, in this case, Power Automate cloud flows.

➡️ 🤖 Copilot in Microsoft Power Automate
Power Automate will make it possible for you to not just describe a flow to create, but also improve and iterate on your flows with AI-driven conversations. This next-generation AI based Copilot in Power Automate will sit right inside of the flow studio and help out with every flow that’s being built or changed.
Copilot in Power Automate will allow open ended and conversational experiences while authoring your flows. As you build, you’ll be able to ask questions and get assistance making improvements and changes. You won’t need any special knowledge of how Power Automate works – simply by using natural language you’ll be able to build and enhance everything from a simple flow to a complex, robust enterprise-wide process.

I love your tutorials. I don’t know where I would be without them. Thank you so much. Can you do a tutorial on how to create a new item on SharePoint list but re-using an existing unique item ID reference # to have a history of the issues opened against that unique ID reference #. Thank you in advance.

Love watching your videos! I built one based on your videos, have a question, I multiple sections that I built multiple flows as each has there own leadership prior to going up through primary leadership. Mine is sharepoint based using a list. My question to you is, can you make a vid on how to build such a flow based on the above and the following chain; creator starts, specific section selected on list, flow start, first reviewer over section, once approved goes up to next reviewer in main leadership, once approved goes to VP, once approved goes to CEO for final approval or signature. But in between main leadership review and VP an alt trigger if the Finance or safety needs to review prior to VP and CEO.

I’ve built pretty much everything but do not know how to add that last trigger prior to VP FM review option or do I have to create a whole new flow for each section?

I found that from excel we can copy and paste special as link in powerpoint and it will be updated automatically as excel data updated ..but the problem with that is whenever a cell is modified in excel and the content is big, in powerpoint also the template is collapsing ..i need the template should not change but only the content should be updated..so i would like to know if i can do it with power automate or is there any other way

Hi Reza,

Could you pls advise on the below case

I have created a flow where it takes one email at a time from an array list and posts an adaptive card to them. Problem is, there is dependency of previous user to submit his/her response before the next user can receive the card.
How do we remove this dependency? I have a group of 100 people, where this adaptive card must be triggered to each one at the same time. Creating 100 parallel branches does not make sense.

Thanks!

Amazing Presentation, You make power apps Simpler Each Day, Kindly Help me Out, Am Building an Approval Dashboard for the multistep Approval Tutorial you made in Power Apps (Similar to the Leave dashboard you Built) But am Stuck in referencing the Current Approver, so That One can Only Lauch the Approval Link in Power Apps if he is the Current Approver, I have Managed To generate Approval link by Using create an Approval instead of the start and wait approval
