I remember back in the day eating at The French House. The food was amazing and young Fergus was at the helm. After Fergus left it remained a good place to eat. For a while. Haven't been there for many years now. But I do enjoy St. John immensely.

Both of these chefs are pretty amazing, I like listening to them and watching them cook but even more importantly I like how other chefs and people talk about them it let's you know that they're really this passionate about their craft and not just doing it for the camera for instance. Also for the record, screw Parkinson's and similar diseases I really can't wait for a cure or at least far better treatment options to be available if only they could be here now.

Has this guy got Parkinsons or is he just eccentric? Can't tell.

Forgive me for asking, and I ask respectfully, his mannerisms seem a bit odd. Does he have some condition?

Whilst that look delicious - I really can't endorse a pie without a FULL crust. A stand alone construct that needs not a bowl to prop it.
