Nadeking, you know, there ain't many people out there making meaningful cs go videos. I am almost 25 l so I have played cs1.6 and de_train on it. Watching this video actually made me cry, thinking about all those good times spent playing 1.6 on lan with friends. I play go now and I watch each and every of your videos. Just keep doing what you're doing brother.

11:53 If he doesn't have time to make a full map, he should just conceptualize the main sketch an maybe do the basic 3D blocky brush layout for de_train2, then hand that to other map designers to turn it into a finished product.
This would be cool since it will have the special touch from the original de_train creator, but with a modern feel from a contemporary designer.

Taking this a step further he could make it into a 20th Anniversary Community Creator event where he does the basic layout then releases it to the public, then community creators take that layout and turn it into a final map, then the one with the most votes gets added into CS:GO as a community-made map (Just like Biome and Subzero, for example).

There's potential to get a great map out of this, plus a great community event!

These map creators were just like us once. Passionate about the game and just wanted to do what they love. It's heartwarming to hear all the memories they have of all of it. I myself being a game designing student learn a lot from it. Thanks a lot for these videos

I used to hate Train, but is now a favourite, now that I don’t just run around rushing all the time. What I love of this map is exactly what Chris was explaining: the opportunities players have to lurk and sneak around. Seems like the best map to pull the most memorable clutches.
