From being one of the best Latin American Airlines Avianca turned into a nightmare. As a Colombian, I will never travel on Avianca again!

I booked a flight with them for this week and it was the worst experience ever.
The website sucks, customer service sucks and the what’s app Ai is garbage.
I could have Bookked AA for the same price at this point.
Made me pay an extra $100 to pick my seats.

I bought tickets to El Salvador. Avianca was not at the airport at the appointed time abd they won't refund the ticket.

It's absurd why people continue using this airline? If people stops traveling with them, they would be out of their business for good! I know people who have complained. They should file these complaints in the USA if the other governments don't do anything!!👹👹👹👹👹
