How to corrupt a Word file on purpose (bamboozle teachers)

i prefer to use a hex editor and delete a specific area of it so that it constantly load loops the file, no message but it buys you a lot more time

i did this and when my teacher said i had to send it again i said i also couldn't open the file and she talked to another teacher and in the end i just didn't have to make it and didn't got a grade so i'm not failing the subject rn :) thanks!
