Garou is a villain, a martial arts prodigy, the self-proclaimed "Hero Hunter," and a major adversary of the Hero Association and Monster Association. He is a former disciple of Bang but was expelled from his dojo for going on a rampage. Because of his fascination with monsters, he is commonly called the "Human Monster." Sitch of the Hero Association views him as a grave threat to the organization despite being only a human.

tbh when i first saw garou in the anime i immediately thought he was just a psychopathic monster who kills for fun but when i finally saw his past i kinda feel bad for him he was just a normal person person traumatized from the constant bullying ang neglect he received

More than a crazy badass villain, Garou had one of the toughest life in OPM, more than any other, he is like a most attractive villain because of his backstory that he had gone through many bullying even by his teachers, and he had a valid point.
If he dies in the manga, my POV is that the whole fanbase would be sad, his innocent mind changed only because of praising the heroes every time. SUPPORT FOR GAROU THE HERO HUNTER

Damn after all that carnage, my man’s was just trying to settle down peacefully and do his job only to get jumped then fired for defending himself. His whole character arc really is the definition of not catching a break.

I relate with Garou very heavily and I'm sure many others do because he is extremely popular.
He was humiliated and bullied by both sides (good and evil).
I agree with him, its better to be feared and hated than humiliated and pushed over.

i understand Garou's story. I was also abused by my older sibling and my parents always punished me for standing up for myself. And at school, if i ever fought back bullies i'd be the one getting lectured and forced to apologize. Constantly never being seen, heard, or acknowledged as a child. I can sympathize with Garou.

Very good anayliss. It answered a lot of questions I had about Garou. Garo is a textbook sociopath. Most sociopaths care about kids but not adults. Notice how he cares about the kid he sits next to but doesn't let on that he does. The artist captures his protective nature of kids by his body language.

Honestly, If Saitama was not the main protagonist of this series, I could totally see Garou taking that place. I heavily believe the theory that Garou has removed his limiter, with his exponential growth within the Monster Association Arc as proof, he literally went from Demon/High Demon Disaster to probably the closest since Boros to Disaster level Go within the timespan of a single arc. If thats not limiter removed idk what is.
