I remember when i was in Saudi i would get up and workout an hour before work, after a twelve hour work day, i would turn around and hit the gym for 2 hours, then run in a swimming pool up to my waste for an hour. I did that for 6 days a week on the 7th day I rested and got my food ready for the week and played cards with the boys. I didn't train for boxing mine was for basketball.
