Becoming the compassionate observer of yourself, including your thought processes, your emotional patterns and your behaviors will put you in the student mode and allow you to find all the clues necessary to understand your addiction.
Addiction is not a disease That is incurable it is a set of thought patterns, trauma, behavioral cycles, and emotions all balled up into one that you will never be able to unravel until you stop identifying with it.
