Corn Potato Tikki is a popular and delicious tikki recipe which finds a place in every heart. The perfect combination of corn and potato, this tikki is packed with nutrients, easy to make and super tasty!

CORN POTATO TIKKI

Ingredients

1 cup corn kernels, boiled and mashed
2 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing
1-2 green chillies, chopped
¾ teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Oil for grilling

Method

1. Mix together potatoes, corn, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
2. Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape into tikkis.
3. Heat some oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the tikkis on it and grill till evenly done from both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Horrible dish I have tried three times didn't come well
1)not mentioned boiled potatoes and I took raw potato
2) it's didn't cook well on tava
3) did microwave the tikki
Please mention things properly not everyone is well versed like you to understand everything on their own
