- green chillies, 1 or 2

- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- corn flour or bread crumbs as needed
- oil for frying

I used laal aalu/ indori aalu for this.. quality of regular potatoes differs season to season..they might taste sweet this time.
