The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad has requested that documents and medical examinations be completed. However, the DS-260 form, which needs to be uploaded online via the CEAC account, has been showing an error for the past two years. This is extremely frustrating because this form is crucial for receiving an interview call and possibly obtaining a visa. We have contacted the NVC regarding this issue and have attached a screenshot of the 'Application Error, ' but there has been no progress so far. 😢

I’m dealing with an issue right now where USCIS approved our I-129F petition over 70 days ago and NVC continues to claim they never received anything from USCIS. 🤦‍♂️ leave it to government agencies to not have a clear and uniform program.

I've been dealing with NVC for months. I make well above the AoS requirement and still told me I need a joint sponsor for my wife. 5 times they have swapped back and forth using my father as joint sponsor or household member. This agency is completely

please reply me my father's police certificate is submitted a year ago but still not accepted. it only showing "submitted". what do I do? and second I'm gone 16 should i have to upload my police certificate in optional documents?

My case my fiance had her interview scheduled and then it said all the sudden our case had been sent to nvc. I emailed them over 2 months ago no response. Today was her interview and she was told our case wasn't there that it was at nvc . I don't know what to do

For my husband's case, all documents are submitted in NVC. I paid for sponsor and visa application. Both Paids were approved. Visa application's paid get rejected. I have not get refund yet. I can't re- pay. Because when ever I am trying to re-pay, it is showimg an error. I can't get into the visa application. I don't know what is the problem?

Our case is the Affidavit of Support and financial evidence cannot be opened. The AOS (Petitioner/ Sponsor) tab is missing, we can only see is the applicant information. How can we upload the joint sponsor AOS if that section is missing. Your response would be much appreciated.thank you

Hi good day! I hope you notice me.. we received an email from NVC that we are DQ already however, we received a case FE note saying "The income reported as stated on form 1-864, 1-864A is insufficient to overcome" what does it mean? Im so confused now. We are well above the minimum x5 higher of the required sponsorhip. Does it mean we need co sponsor??
