"Whatever meat you can afford" is a much better message than it must be grass are still a great buy, and beef is so satisfying in all it's forms. Love Dr. Chaffee!!!❤🎉

Not going to lie, after over a year of mostly lion diet, I've started eating various deli meats which are definitely seasoned/brined in God knows what. It's been an exciting experiment and a fun test, but I can feel the effects of those things within 20 minutes. Phlegm, slight headache or brain fog for a couple of hours. Kind of interesting how sensitive you get when your system is totally clean.

That’s literally all I do outside of perfect carnivore, pepper on my chicken, beef, and eggs. Not so much on steaks though, usually just salt. Lost 137 pounds in a year!

I've been listening to you for one year now! 🥰💪✨ I've never felt better than I have on Carnivore and I had suffered from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for 19 years. It was unreal because I had been a very hyper athlete my whole life and it was just terrible. I'm tough, though.... you basically have no choice. Thank you for all you do! God Bless

When I slow cook I used to marinade and put so much seasoning and stuff in there. I couldn't imagine broth with just salt, but now I think that is all that is necessary. It's interesting how we grow and adapt over time. Thank you Dr. Chaffee. Now I just need to get more disciplined and consistent with my weight training.

I've recently cooked some bacon cubes in butter and then added some eggs and topped it with cheese. It was literally the best meal I had in years. I'm going to make this way more often now.

I tossed out the bologna and hot dogs I had for (something quick and easy to eat).
ALSO, and I'm truly being honest here, I have drunk between 6-15 beers a night for decades now.
I started this diet a week ago and I haven't had a beer in that timeframe, leading me to believe/think that I was more addicted to the carbs in my beer than the Alcohol in my beer.
Anyone else notice less alcoholic drink cravings?

I started carnivore on just 15% of unseasoned mince. Three days later i felt ok but hated meal times. I now have seasoned rump steak with sauerkraut and gherkins, salmon steaks with a small portion of frozen veg. I feel great! My high cholesterol, the reason for doing this, has reduced dramatically. I dont feel bloated or lethargic during the day. I still have the energy i need to lift weights and do BJJ and Thai boxing. Im ripped! So far, it's been all benefits from 3 months of cutting out the vast majority of carbs.

I smoke a brisket once a week and I use salt pepper smoked paprika and powdered garlic I wonder if that's okay I do use the Redmond salt. I've lost 100 lb 9 months on carnivore.

I bought rosemary and oregano from a local farm, and dried it out.

I sprinkle one of them on beef every few days.

Longevity experts speak highly of those two herbs in particular.

spices including pepper turmeric garlic caused a lot of issues, dropped them all years ago and improved immediately. Salt only now and very happy 😊

Spices and herbs are for the healing of the body. That is a biblical position. Don't listen to these people who say don't eat herbs and spices. The healthiest diet is Mediterranean.

As a hispanic thats mostly carnivore the one thing i gotta have is keto zero carb tortillas and galic and peppers😂 its killing me not to eat beans so i have to let that one thing slide. If regular pepper is okay i dont see why chili peppers aren't. Slow cook a potroast, chicken or pork with salt, garlic and dry peppers, then pull the cooked meat out, blend the meat juices and peppers to a sauce and add the meat back in and its delicious! I could live off it.
