False Teacher Jesse Lee Peterson Exposed: The Bible Is Not True

Jesse Lee Peterson is an American conservative media personality, host of the Jesse Lee Peterson show and a self-proclaimed minister. He is the author of several books and has a large following here on YouTube. He is known for his controversial statements and his republican view.

He pretends to be a Christian who knows the scriptures, but he is an empty vessel, a false teacher, false prophet...a wolf in sheep's clothing.

I will show you from the Bible that what he believes and teaches is false. He is unlearned, unstable and should be marked and avoided.

How to get to heaven...

1. According to the Bible, each and every person will spend forever in Heaven or Hell. Be honest with yourself. Have you ever told one lie? Then you are a sinner & have fallen short of God’s standard of perfection. In fact, you were born with a sin nature which explains why you sin. The payment that sin requires can only be satisfied by death. Since God is eternal the only payment he will accept is one that is eternal. That means you will pay for your sins by spending eternity separated from God in the lake of fire. (See Rom 3:23, Rom 6:23, 1 John 1:8, Rev 20:15)

2. You must be perfectly righteous in God’s eyes to enter heaven. Because of your sin, you can’t get in. There is nothing you can do to earn it. No amount of keeping the commandments will save you. Salvation must be received freely, as a gift, without any work on man’s part. God loves you so much and doesn’t want you to be separated from him, so He provided the solution. (See Rev 21:27, Matt 5:48, Eph 2:8-9, Rom 3:20, Rom 4:5, Titus 3:5, Gal 2:16)

3. God took all your sins, past present and future, and laid those sins on Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, who had no sin of his own. He was buried & rose again three days later. He appeared to the twelve disciples & over 500 people at once. He then ascended into heaven where He is seated at the right hand of God today. One day He is coming back to judge the living & the dead. Jesus died in your place to pay your sin debt, so that you wouldn’t have to. The resurrection is proof that all sin has been paid for. This is the beauty of the Gospel. (See Rom 5:8, Isa 53:6, 2 Cor 5:21, 1 Pet 2:24, 1 Cor 15:1-4, Rom 4:25, Col 2:13-14, Col 1:14)

4. All of the work required for you to possess everlasting life has been done through the payment Jesus made on the cross through His shed blood. Through the finished work of Christ, you, a sinner, can now be justified in the sight of God. He offers you eternal life as a free gift. What is there for you to do? Simply believe. Simply put your faith, or trust, in Jesus Christ, that He died for your sin, was buried and rose again the third day. The moment you believe in Jesus Christ, He gives you everlasting life. (See John 1:12, John 3:16, John 5:24, John 6:28-29, John 6:47, Acts 13:39, Acts 16:30-31, Rom 4:5, Rom 5:1)

5. Since Jesus Christ paid for all your sin, how many sins do you have left to pay for? None. If you don’t have any sin to pay for, and God gives you eternal life, where will you go when you die? Heaven! If God gives you everlasting life, how long will it last? The obvious answer is forever. That is exactly what the word “everlasting” means. If it ever stopped, it would not be everlasting. Therefore, nothing you ever do, can or will, separate you from the love of God which is in Jesus Christ. You are forgiven of all your sin, declared “righteous” by God Himself and kept saved by His faithfulness. God cannot lie! He really makes you feel like the Bible is pointless (meanwhile he will quote it when it benefits his message) and so his congregation has nothing to reference, other than him and/or their own thoughts (but he also says all your thoughts are lies) so you're stuck to listening to what HE says (even about the Bible itself!)! And if you don't agree, you'll "suffer and die!"

What i find funny is how he is described by different sources as being different things
such as a reverend, a pastor, an evangelist and I heard the narrator refer to him as a
minister. There is no record of him attending any christian colleges or universities
other than his one year stint at a L.A. community college and it doesn't mention if he even
graduated or not. I think he's a method actor like the old school pro wrestlers or even
in the tradition of Morton Downey Jr. He's a gimmick and a political agent provocateur
set up as a means to divide the so called black community.

I will say that I agree with this video, but also acknowledge that Jesse did help me tremendously. His talk about forgiveness and staying out of your head were crucial in me getting into the right place internally that made it possible for me to follow God. Now that I've been on my walk with God, I've learned that Jesse really is a false teacher and that God can use that which is wrong for his glory. So I ultimately thank God for using Jesse as a gateway, and for allowing me to see that his teachings are not based on the word of God. God used him in my life and then discarded him once he was no longer useful.

Jesse also has weekly "Biblical questions" he asks on his radio show and church services, but funny thing is they have NOTHING to do with the Bible. They're just general life questions he comes up with and slaps the label of "Biblical" on them. So he knows how much weight the Bible holds, but will simultaneously lead people away from it

2 Tim 3:15-17- “All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

I think that says it all and sadly it applies so much yet most people don’t know that second part.
Changing or Falsely Preaching, even if a literal angel, will cause that one to be accursed BY GOD.

Great! Never heard of him, but I love to see false teachers exposed. I know of a few that have never been called out, but they are big names now and I don't know who would have the will to expose them. Also, Kevin Zacher exposed Dave Hunt recently for he is now teaching Christ paid for our sins in hell.

I admit I never heard of the silent prayer from Jesse Lee Peterson until he brought it up. While the Lord gave us the Lord’s Prayer. I trust the Lord’s Prayer more.

I don't know what to believe anymore all I know I am 16 and falling into a "fallen state". All I have to say is I've watched JLP on and off but plan to watch him more so I can get out of this "fallen state" and as well grow as a man, but with all these videos and articles exposing JLP as a false preacher I don't know anymore might just make me fall further. I just want guidance of having rope in this hole so I can climb out of it than this strain of tape jesse is offering me.

Great video, I've followed Jesse for a number of years now because I think his videos and interviews in the "FALLEN STATE" are funny and interested but I've never approved with everything he says, it contradicts the bible and what christ really did, this video proves my point, I hope people are able to watch for the entertaining aspect of his videos but not for what he believes in.
