I really thought this was going to be a FP bashing video, that intro is amazing! And the training is even better, thank you for sharing!

Fantastic insight - thank you so much. As a functional integrative practitioner with a background in PT/Nutrition etc, and suffering my own chronic pain for last few years - Ive been wanting to do FP (and become a practitioner). This has helped articulate how the 10 week program runs and a great reminder that when learning, put what you already know aside and be open to learning new things. I look forward to seeing you in the DOERs group.

This was much more an infomercial than a long term review :)

Great point of view, explained it very well, can’t reiterate how much he’s right about trying to assess things on your own. I wish I would have done that a lot more before I started training with a trainer. Nobody can learn about your body more than yourself! Take the 10 week online course serious and learn about your problems and try to fix them and you will
Jump levels quicker if you do end up moving forward with a trainer.

I really liked your overview

If this is so effective why is it not being pushed out to the industry

Not a single physio or personal trainer i know has heard about this

I have stage 2 left lumbar scoliosis, in pain which affects my day to day life. Do you think that the functional patterns programme will help me, I am very cautious so that my back does not get worse, it will be a disaster, it is bad as it is. Thank you

Why are nearly every single before and after photo taken by FP folks..staged? The picture at 13:00 is not a natural stance in either before or after....you standing there talking with your shirt on was a more natural stance...

I’m recovering from Posterior Tibialis Tendonitis. It’s not as severe as some have it - can I start the FP Program now or wait until it’s completely resolved? Background… I need help with my gait and have halted all training and treat as instructed, but only improved for a time and end up with it happening over and over again.

Can you do other workouts like barre or Pilates (for fun) after the ten weeks in addition to further FP exercises/workouts?

Thank you very much for the inforrmation, Brendan! This is so down to earth, since you addressed my indecision about buying the program very precisely. It's good to hear analyses that don't come from FP itself.

In my case, I am a very active person and enjoy very much practicing sports, however, no sport has ever managed to really correct my posture imbalances, which I am very aware of (kyphosis, scoleosis). Given that, here's the question: Is it viable to do the 10 week course without interrupting other kinds of training (ex. swimming, running)? How many times a week do you have to train per week in order for it to be effective enough?

I feel like sometimes FP is way too proud of itself and doesn't refer to the practice of other sports, and of course, if I take the course, it is because in the end I wish not only to feel better, but to improve in sport related areas, without having to leave them.

Thanks again for your video! Cool edit by the way

Thank you for this video! I have been following FP for awhile now. I’m finally feeling nearly ready to take on a new training style. I have contacted a FP training near me but wondering - do you reccomend doing the 10-week course before starting with a trainer? Will I get more out of training after this foundational course?

Hey Brendon, great vido. Thanks for posting.
I have been wanting to do the FP 10 week course but I live in a house with minimal space. It looks like some of the movements are quite comples and reqiure some room. How much space is needed to do the 10 week course?
Also, what kind of equipment would i need? I only have kettlebells at home where i usually train.
Thanks and Happy New Year!

Hey mate, thanks for the video, what are your thoughts on running the 10 week course concurrently with my other training? would it be wiser in your opinion to just focus on the 10 weeks by itself?
