Imagine being a millionaire.

Pretty sweet, right?

The crazy thing is, it's not as hard to become a millionaire as you might think.

Now, it's not as easy as some of those swindlers out there trying to sell get-rich-quick stuff will tell you.

And in this "I want it, and I want it now" world, that might be a bitter pill to swallow.

But becoming a millionaire is also far from impossible.

In fact, anyone out there could become a millionaire.

You don't need a special background, a college degree, or even a lot of money.

I say that as someone who grew up on welfare in Detroit, doesn't have a college degree, and never had a high paying job.

Yet I retired in my early 30s... and am likely going to hit millionaire status pretty soon myself, even after getting a late start in life.

So what do you need?

Well, persistence, patience, and perspective will all go a long way.

As will the right plan.

Today, I want to tell you how anyone could 10x their money and become a millionaire.

Check out video for the full details.

In reinvesting the dividends, you see each quarter the dividends paid going up a few dollars. The amount of shares you but depends on the stock price.

You can see what you are saying when you keep track of your holdings. This video is spot on. Thanks for sharing.

Jason - you did very well! I wish someone had told me at 27 when I was new in US. However I have done well with consistent long term investing since 10 yrs

Hey Jason love your channel. I’m diversified in my portfolio; I love dividend investing. What are your thoughts on having a covered call etf or two among your dividend growth stocks, yes not much growth, but having a 10% monthly dividend is nice too.

Great video very motivating, curious do you invest in individual stocks or a mix off dividend ETFs and individual stocks 🤔

Thank you, Jason, very insightful video! I remember when I first stumbled across your channel a couple of years ago and now that I am 27 myself and have already been actively investing for the long-term.. It is just easy to understand the value of time and getting started where ever someone is in their life.. Time takes time, but getting started is key and doing away with the get rich quick mindset will actually, despite popular disbelief, make one wealthier!

1 million pounds in 40 years, is not worth 1 million today.

I would like to try this, I have 15 years until retirement. I have saved some money. However, I started late. I need to know exactly which high growth dividend stocks to purchase. 🤔 To make a million.

One aspect of long-term dividend growth investing that seems to rarely be talked about, but in my opinion, is most helpful to illustrating how growing dividends and the march of time turn small investments into huge returns is the difference between (current) yield and yield-on-cost.

As a couple of examples (from my parents' portfolio since they have been investing long enough to illustrate the point):

ADP currently yields 2.06% at the present price of $204.02 per share which may not seem very exciting to someone young and just starting out, but my parents are seeing a yield of 10.04% (yield-on-cost) from the same stock because they purchased it many years ago when the price was only $41.44 per share.

The point is that dividend-growth investing is not just about the price and dividend today, but in fact, about the price and dividend a given stock can grow to in the future.

O currently yields 4.42% of the current price of $67.05, which is an outstanding current yield, but it pales in comparison to the 15.43% Mom and Dad are receiving as a result of buying O years ago for $19.17 per share.

Not all stocks paying North of 4% may perform as well over time, and Mom and Dad certainly did not have a crystal ball to see the future when they purchased companies such as O and ADP, but the key is they bought good companies at good prices (compared to their relative values), and then simply held onto them for the long-term. Time and Growth took care of the rest!

excellent video I found the secret to getting rich is to put aside a monthly amount to invest and never miss a payment plus reinvest all income from your investments into more investments until you reach the point you feel you have enough to live free sounds simple but it is not it can be tempting to spend your gains on a dream holiday or put money into a get rich scheme but never touch your core investments I speculate but I save a separate amount of money to do that if I lose I'm still ok because I have my core investments
