I’m very new to art at the ripe age of 34.5 years old… I’m trying to find a style and what I like and I’ve always loved flowers, some of my favourites were in this tutorial so I went with it - I ran out of space on my page as I got to the daffodil (really gutted on that) and I’m in no way perfect but thank you for the tutorial because I got some half decent sketches… would love to share with you for feedback, I can’t wait to try again

This was GREAT, thank u! I've been trying to do, "loose, " watercolor flowers recently. Aaaannd I fix them to DEATH! That carefree, loose, whimsical style, that I adore, is decidedly NOT in my skill set, lol. I don't find all that many watercolor flower tutorials that are not in that loose style. So, this is exactly what I've been needing to do a "study" on flowers in watercolor. I'm trying to improve by doing things in many mediums, in many different styles. I have done well so far, but I think its time to let go of the loose style for now. I'm hoping that as I get more proficient at watercolor in general, and MB have nice brushes, paper, and some decent artists grade paints, that I can try again to do work loosely. How I ramble tf on! Hahaha, so sry, I have no one else in my life that is into art at all, so I tend to get exited and over share.... Hope I'm not the only socially clumsy artist around....

This was SO much fun! And I learned so much! When you started the cosmos, my immediate thought was that it would be the same as the daisy.
