U can also do this with meat slices except without the glue and use a glass instead of a paper towel tray. It looks very pretty on a charcuterie board :)

I made some of those with my Girl Scouts troop (mid-late 80’s) and we took them to a senior living facility. This is a GREAT way to make elegant, casual, or crafty paper flower. You’re only limit is you own imagination. My favorite is to layer multiple colors These are fun to do with young ones.

Coffee filters work as well. At the daycare I used to work at, we used to color them with markers, wet them, cut a slit halfway down the middle, then roll them up into roses.
