It was such a relief to find this video, because today when drilling drainage holes in plant pots, with my cordless Black & Decker, the drill bits kept going loose and falling out. Yes, I found a way round the problem was to stop drilling every few seconds to retighten the loosened chuck screw. But this didn't always work. I have been trying to find out today, to no avail until now, if it was ME who was doing something wrong to cause the loosening drill bits problem.
I LOVE my MINI BLACK & DECKER HANDHELD CORDLESS VACUUM though. I've had it a few years now and it's a GREAT powerful vacuum upper of bits.

Mind folks. Green Bosch is diy grade and Blue Bosch is professional but the batteries are not compatible.

Had the b&d drill for 5 years served me well but always got frustrated with the chuck and struggled to drill through proper brick . Upgraded to a makita and its life changing 🙌

I have a Bosch PSB 18 Li-2, which is probably 7 years old & the chuck has gone the way of the Black & Decker model in your video. The trouble is that it costs around £50 to get a replacement Bosch chuck for it, making it more cost effective to buy a new Bosch drill

Been shopping around for a decent drill and have already settled on this bosch model and glad to see in this video it is performing well. £77.90 on amazon right now and £20.99 for a 70 piece drill and screwdriver bit set

Im in the market for a cordless drill atm, with the contenders being Bosch, Dewalt or possibly Makita (if i can find one)
The Bosch is the cheapest of the 3 and it performed well here, ill watch some more videos before i decide, but im being more and more convinced to go bosch every video i watch.

Don't use drill that much for work, just a bit of trellis fitting, fence repairs and bolting fence spurs. Got a great deal on a Bosch Pro GSB-18V-55, GDX-18V-200, With a quick charger and two 5Ah batteries. Not top of the line but does everything I need! Wouldn't waste my money on anything BlacknDecker!

I have a small garden and a shed for storing and cutting wood. I think Bosch are known for being designed to work well, the green DIY range is what I use as it’s affordable and does a decent job. Yes the professional stuff is better but it comes at a hefty price. Dewalt is also popular and the professional stuff is expensive too. Unless you’re in a trade it’s not necessary to buy professional stuff but a solid green Bosch will get the job done. The best thing Bkack & Decker make is the workmate, it’s a great product and works well. Some power tool combination sets are very expensive and do get stolen which is something nobody wants. Use good quality drill bits and blades and you can’t really go wrong. Bosch & the job is done!

Bro didn't tighten the chuck enough, but you can really tell on the screw test. Funbles multiple times on B&D but had them ready for Bosch😂
