I don't know. It seems to be one of these software solutions that is hyped, bought by a huge amount of companies and then they realize it's not actually helping much. Mainly big businesses which think they can increase the productivity of their sales people, but usually it doesn't. Personally not a fan of that product.

Their products are mess but their leaders have connections with large companies, and are still selling well. It is only a matter of time some new disruptive solutions eat their market share.

I think the ceo plays stock price yoyo. Seems like a dude that needs to be yanked out. He knew they were going to miss and looks like he tanks the stock and then drives it back up.
