This made me remember HL2 and a film (forgot the name) but basically a guy in the future wakes up from stasis in a spaceship coming to another planet. The spaceship would arrive in many decades to the other planet so the passagers would be putted in stasis to wake up just a few months before arriving to the planet, the guy woke up too early but enjoyed being alone for some time until he woke up an women, but before that he was talking to the BAR robot who was his friend. He said that we was gonna wake up someone gor company and told him to not tell the other person about it. But eventually the robot told the other person about his plans and didnt like it. But in the end they both make plants inside the spaceship and die old.
