Secret confused ending: Iceland and Greenland realized it would make much more sense to swap names. The Kingdom of Denmark is now composed of Denmark, Far Øer and Greenland (former Iceland). Confused yet?

This was amazing, I loved the Greece-Denmark ending most, very creative and not 100% impossible. 1 nitpick: Communist Denmark flag likely wouldn't keep the Christian Cross on its design.
