This is one of the best mos in the army if you don’t like to be outside

Glad to see my 92 series finally get an MOS Monday! You should consider doing my mos of 92R, parachute rigger someday chris. The path to being one is unique in the sense that a solider must attend and pass a mandatory airborne orientation course AND airborne school before even starting their AIT. My old unit only had one 92Y (a staff sergeant) and she was super busy. Getting unit supplies and checking out weapons for range days. Great stuff.

Supply SGT and Unit Armorer at Drum, Turkey, Greece, Italy and White Sands Missile Range. Being in the supply room and being a logistician was nice but the arms room was another story. Arms room duty has left me claustrophobic. Great MOS, definitely go to jump school and if you can Ranger School if you are assigned to a combat arms unit. I love your channel. Very realistic!

i served in the MDARNG as a 92y and i was mainly the only one in the arms room i had a supply sgt who took care of all the supply duties and random paperwork and yeah we had the hookups. 1229th Transportation Company WHEELS TO VICTORY

We call them "stackers" in the RAF. They are honestly the best people to get along with in your unit.

Times must have changed, because our company's supply had little or nothing on hand 90% of the time.

"I was in charge of millions of dollars of equipment"

Aka, you were in charge of maybe a couple of boots and maybe a US army designed and produced wrench.... the army buys stuff for waaay too much

How about the MOS for a welder/fabricator?

I'm interested in being a 15T. You should make a video about that MOS because there aren't really any gold videos on YouTube about it!

As someone who spent a lot of time in hospital as a kid depending on what exactly the nurse does I can possibly see some overlap with keeping track of what medicines and things like dressings are needed on a ward to make sure that you have things on hand.

I'm brazilian and in the brazilian army i'm the equivalent of a 92Y, it's a good occupation compared to the other specializations, the only "bad" thing is that I won't do hardly any "operational" missions like escorts or any other action duty

Everybody was always really nice to me.

I was interested in this mos. But I hear its kinda of mundane. But wouldn't mind reclassifying if there was a bonus. ... maybe. Thanks Chris. You da man!
