In today's guitar lesson we learn how to play a slow minor blues with "Loan Me a Dime" by Boz Scaggs. The minor blues is important to look at, as is a slow blues. We discuss how to deal with the triplet feel over a slow tempo, as well as how to incorporate minor pentatonic scales throughout during the fills and solo.

This is the song that opened my ears to the blues several decades ago and the Boz Scaggs/Duane Allman recording is still top of my list for blues performances. I appreciate your breakdown of this version and I'll be contributing to your site and watching more of your stuff!
