Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

The judge must be very careful. A judge who appears biased, may give rise to an unfair trial and a guilty verdict may results in appeal. He must make sure all parties are satisfied at all times especially in a high profile case like this one.

Judge Glanville is so unfair towards the defense its ridiculous!! He yells at the defense lawyers objects all of their objections. Tells the defense to hurry it along, like WTF !! This guy needs to go hes very biased and is on the side nof the State.

The start of the Judge’s extreme bias 1:35:11😮 I have a literally never seen anything like this he over rules objections that are clearly improper on the states behalf. It is so crazy. How has he not been recuse yet? Is there not like a superior judge that watches trials as a judge is proceeding? If you want, my honest opinion; it seems as though Judge Glenville has already pre-judged the defendants, especially based off of those lyrics when they were talking about F, the DA and the judge… He’s been very nasty ever since if you’ve noticed, I remember him reading them in the Pretrial and I remember his whole demeanor changed in his face and all.
