this safe has caused nothing but problems, constantly having to reset as keypad wouldn't work. it finally stopped working altogether. gave up and bought different safe

Multiple attempts. After resetting and entering code, gives green light but will not open!

i just picked up the SA5526MEL-L (30-gun, e-lock, 262#, LED interior lights) model last night.
should the instructions in this video also work for mine to mute/unmute the beeps?

ps. i'm really excited about this safe. i have done my research. yup, there are cheaper safes. yup, there are "better" safes. but, there's NO WAY a better safe can be purchased for less than 2x (3x?) times what i paid. no way.

I've follow you instructions on this video the safe still won't open, took that one back got a new on and it's doing the same shit. It shouldn't be this hard to get your product to work, I'll just return this one and get another brand...

If ppl need to be shown how to remove battery cover you better show how to correctly install batteries.
