For anyone that is wondering why the key pad is beeping constantly it’s due to too many password attempts. Takes 5min of beeping before it resets. Taking the battery out restarts the clock.

I just got mine, Redfield but it’s same manufacturer, my left light blinks twice as it should after I hit Star, but when I go to confirm it by re entering and hitting pound the middle red light and right green light come on and nothing happens

The reset button doesn’t work on mine. They sent me a new reset button, and then a new circuit board for the inside of the safe and I get no beep when pressing it and it won’t take a new code. Any ideas? It’s been 6 months since purchase date and I have to manually use the key every time.
