Now if you click Edit "Subscription and billing" it takes you to Google play, where you have to select "My subscriptions" on the left panel and that's where you can cancel the subscription. Hope it helps someone. Paramount is scumbags, they should've made the cancellation process way easier

I signed up for the 7 day trial through Amazon. If I go to the paramount+ website to cancel it tells me to "do so in the app store where you purchased your subscription." which would be Amazon. So I go to Amazon where my subscription should be and it says I have no subscriptions yet I'm still being billed for the service. I see no way to cancel it.

I wish we could get a class action against these guys they can’t help, no support & no content only wanted to watch one show! Nightmare to cancel? Not even an email to say if l successfully cancelled! Have booked appointment with Apple & will call bank to block Paramount + A mountain of trouble shooting not a mountain of content 🤬🤬🤬

Hi all, i had the same problem, when i would click on the link to cancel my subcription via the website, it would redirect me straight to the app which when clicking on the accounts tab wouldnt give me any option to cancel, what worked for me was unistalling the app. when i would go on the website after it would had my account logged in to which i was then given the option to cancel. Hope this helped.

It didn't work for me. I went through all the steps you described but it it wouldn't do it and said to try again later. This makes me so mad I'd NEVER, EVER use their stupid app again. Why do companies treat their customers like this and expect people to do business with them? I cancelled initially because when I got a new TV and tried to sign in on it with this app, they wouldn't recognize my email/P/W combination and when I tried to change the P/W, they wouldn't let me do that, either, so screw it, I figured 'hasta la vista, baby'! TERRIBLE

Here is my issue, I added a paramount plus account through my Apple ID but different login email for paramount plus. I’ve now added paramount plus back different email but I can’t log a new account into paramount plus Apple TV, it only asks me to resubscribe.

Had me a little worried at first but then I figured it out for my Roku TV.
When on Roku home page NOT the remote. But on the homepage TV use the remote ⭐ star icon on the paramount plus page and that's when you can cancel the subscription
