Yes I agree, it shouldn’t be this difficult. I just got off the phone with paramount+, as all the great YouTube videos showed screens that I wasn’t able to get to. Long story short, I subscribed through Roku. To cancel I went to the home button using my Roku remote, highlighted Paramount+ (don’t select it, just highlight it) then press *, it takes you to a screen to manage account, and cancel subscription. (Yes, I know, why didn’t I know to highlight and press *!). Shame on Paramount and Roku. Hope this helps

I have been trying to cancel. I thought I cancelled a few months ago. I keep getting charged. I can sign into the app, but that's it. A screen comes up telling me to subscribe. I just got charged today, yet I cannot get into account settings. Is there a number I can call?? So frustrated. I tried the Playstore route, it's not there. I tried Amazon Prime, it's not there.

Hey guys if you don’t have a computer in iPhone just delete the app and it’ll give you the option to cancel the subscription

When I click into yes I accept the terms of cancelation nothing happen and it doest let me cancel it, I feel scamed

Ayudaaa necesito que alguien me conteste cree una cuenta de Paramount plus pero no pude ninguna tarjeta de crédito osea puse mi correo y todo pero no puse tarjeta de crédito si es así me cobrarán? Alguien que me responda yo no tengo con que pagar yo solo la quise para tener 7 días gratis pero no pude necesito que alguien me aclare la duda y si me seguirán mandando mensajes a mi correo y si si díganme cómo hacer para que no me pase eso :(
